She Lost Her Apartment Due to Mold Infestation
Because of mold investation, Bianca Jagger sued her landlord for allowing her floorspace to become unliveable, making her sick. She refused to pay rent. In turn her lawyer sued back and could raise the rent prices.
Bianca Jagger is getting evicted from her rent-stabilized apartment. In a 3-2 decision, the state Supreme Court’s Appellate Division agreed with the argument by Katz Park Avenue Corp. that the place could not be Jagger’s primary residence since she was in the country on a tourist visa.
