  3. Hi Tess,
On my experience, where I cleaned all the house, every tiny item, cloth can be sumerged in borax, I also added vinegar and sodium bicarbonate. With a 1/2 cup of borax in a cup of warm or hot water it disolves, then you add it to a bucket. I have a big big bucket , like the one I use for my kids to have a swim. Then add water and the other substances and the cloth. i left them one day. But I think that if the mold is visible, I would rinse it with soap and vinegar and sodium bicarbonate and then sink it in. Then wash it with vinegar and sodium bicarbonate and soap ((Lysol has wonderful staff for clothes) and give it a double cycle in the hot dryer, and one or 2 days in hot dry sun. For me it did it with almost all of the clothes. I did have to throw away some. Hope this is useful.

  5. I really appreciate this article because I have asthma, so I have to put forth extra effort to keep my house mold free! I also would suggest as a non-expert, that you can try and fuse a mold killer solution to your ac filter, so that it constantly filters throughout the house to kill mold. Anyway, my thanks to the author for taking the time to put this article up it was really helpful!
