Hello; I have read here that “Yerba mate” is allowed on the Mold Diet, However at the same time, it has caffeine and caffeine drinks are not recommended?! Can you clarify please? Thanks Marked as spam

I’m not sure exactly why, but a lot of coffee has mold https://moldblogger.com/you-are-drinking-mold-in-your-coffee/ so maybe that is why? There are some “mold-free” coffees out there though. Marked as spam
