I live in Miami Beach. I had mold exposure in 2012 in an apartment I was renting. This created severe symptoms, and I haven’t been the same since. I am now sensitive to chemicals and my allergies are worse than they were before the exposure. I have moved 6 times in an effort to find a safe place to live without mold or chemicals. I am in my 6th apartment and it has mold too! Among the things that brought me here, the pressing one is that I really want to stay here and hope to get answers about my rights and the landlord’s responsibilities.
