When I first moved in the house it smelled like mildew. I thought it was because the house was closed up by the time I disinfect the house it would be better. But the smell was getting worse when I walk in the house I would get a headache feel dizzy . Complained to property manager she send some one out he says just run your air condition all day it’s humidity. Now it’s time to cut the heat on he says just run heat all day. Then finally in October I found the mold under the sink showed property manager she still didn’t do anything I had to hold her rent in November for her to do something about it. I was running back and forward to the dr from September til February 2017 from sickness now that’s it was cleared up don’t have problems now .
Questions:
My question is do I have a case?
