I stay on 40th and center in a lower unit I moved in 11/30/15 I took pictures of the house condition and reached out to the landlord about serval situations , I even went as far as to speak to someone above her and she still won’t respond, or fix things, or when she does their not properly done the basement floods and molds the bathroom upper drains in ours tub and it has black mold at top on ceiling I have pictures from previous times and after she had it look at til now and it’s back leaking and has mold what do me and my husband do?
