Me and my mother lived in this building for 13 years.. And about the last 5 years its went down hill bad.. The landlord did also live here as well but he moved n got a house of his own n the past 6yrs but since then he hasn’t done anything to help.. So what do I do if he use to work for the state n has ppl on the inside to help his problem…

So how do i go about helping mother and myself.. We haven’t ever been late on a rent payment nor never not paid in full.. But we have a serious issue and we don’t know what to do
