My mother slept in her room for 20 yrs with this mold. I still have picture of it in the closet behind the bed. Now she can’t talk or walk, she was snoring really loud now. I move her 3 yrs ago but she doesn’t walk or talk now. I think the mold played a very big part, as I packed her. Clothes the closet walls were so much molded in the was is it too late even tho we moved?

Is it to late to file a claim? Or lawsuit against that coop?
