My daughter and granddaughters rented a brand new apt in July 2012 and while I we were living there the property management company moved us to another apt while they removed mold. While we were there I personally started to have breathing problems and was diagnosed with Asthma and just recently my daughter was diagnosed with MS. We all lived there until June of 2014.

My question is can we sue the company that built this building because I feel living there has contributed to health issues
