I moved into an apartment in December. I recently had a mold test done and there is evidence of black mold. I am highly reactive to mold, but have moved 6 times in 5 years and have a daughter. We do NOT want to move again. Does the landlord have to fix the problem? I do not have the money to hire an attorney, but could probably get a letter written by one. Marked as spam
