Need to remove black mold in ear!

Hello, thank you for your mold website. I can’t find an answer I desperately need. I’m treating black mold in my ear with clotrimazole and it is working. But I need to actually remove the small mass of tiny black specks in my ear. I have an Elephant Ear water syringe but am concerned about pushing mold up further into my ear. I can purchase an ear vac. So, vac or syringe? What would you recommend? I do have a helper. I do not want to venture out to a dr with the virus situation.
