| ♥ 0 | My name is Laura and I posted a question a few days ago about black mold in my apartment. I have been in my current apartment for the past 7 years. Six of those seven years I have been dealing with a leak in my ceiling. When I notify my landlord, he either comes in and attempts to fix it or he sends in his handyman. The leak has never been completely dry or fixed properly. The last time he fixed it, he had to because I called code enforcement, and he still didn’t do what he was told. My ceiling is actually belling in my bedroom and now there is a leak in my bathroom as well. What are the odds that I have black mold growing up there? Advertisement Marked as spam |
Posted by | Private answer Wow, after 7 years you would think they could get it fixed right. If you haven’t seen any mold growing on the wet sheetrock, you may be ok.
