♥ 0 | I’m scared that I have mold. Our basements are wet here and I’m very pregnant. This trimester, the third, I have stated to have lots of respiratory issues, like allergies, and skin burning/itching, like hives, but invisible mostly. I went to doctor and hospital. I am having worse skin reactions and trouble sleeping. In the past on passing, I felt like I could smell mold, outside and inside. This area is very wet. I feel like this problem is in central air system. I’m trying to save my home from foreclosure, just lived through domestic violence and abandonment, and have two other children. I don’t know what to do. Please help Ashley Marked as spam |
Private answer get a hold of a dehumidifier and put it in the basement and run it CONSTANTLY. Most dehumidifiers have a water collection tank that can be hooked up to a hose to run to your basement floor drain or sump pump. THIS ANSWER IS ONLY TO HELP YOU IF MOLD HAS NOT ESTABLISHED ITSELF IN YOUR BASEMENT. Marked as spam | |
Private answer If you think your ac unit may be the problem, have a friend look through this guide. Don’t tackle any big mold issues yourself while pregnant! Your allergies could just be hormone related, but it might be worth testing your house for mold, especially with a new little one on the way. Marked as spam |
