Possible mold in the house that is attached to my house

I live in a townhouse and the house next door that is attached to my house had a flood. The water from the house flooded my basement(about 2 feet of water). I had my basement mold treated. My neighbor moved and the house by is vacant. There is a big hole in the roof Of the vacant house. It rains and snows in the house. I suspect that there might be mold in the house. Should I get my house inspected for mold? Can mold travel through the walls?
