Water leak from bathroon into ceiling into basement

Recently the wax ring on my upstairs toilet had a major leak onto the floor and basement ceiling. The bathroom floor boards were saturated and I removed the drywall from the ceiling in the basement. I am currently drying the area out but am concerned about mold and how to combat any mold problems. Please advise.
