Questionable shaped mold growth on wall

In the building I work in, we have had an on going leak for some time. Over the last few days we have found one of the growths to be brown in colour and shaped like a comical emoji poop. I have searched through the internet to see what this could be, and whether it is dangerous (so my company can actually resolve this) but have come up blank. Please help! I have pictures
