Bought a house and found mold hidden a piece of new drywall

I bought this house cash as is in Ohio I found a serious amount on black mold behind a new piece of drywall. It is very evident that the seller knew about this. What can I do ? I have a severe allergy to mold too! Also found it in the duct work now.
