I would like to check on my rental rights

I rent an apartment in Tampa. For months I have been requesting that the loose tiles in my bathroom be fixed. After the first request back in May 2016 the maintenance person that came out stated the tiles had been re-glued into place on his report. We contacted the office again in March of this year with the same issue. The maintenance report this time stated that the tiles were not loose, only uneven and that nothing needed to be done. Over the weekend the tiles fell completely off the wall revealing a tremendous amount of black mold which clearly my family has be living with for over a year at this point. I need to know what my next steps should be clearly this is due to negligence on the part of the property management.
