Using H2O2 to treat food

Hello, I am on a mold detox protocol and was advised not to eat legumes, nuts, and grains (among other things) to avoid molds and mycotoxins. I have treated belongings with hydrogen peroxide and I know the food industry does the same in some cases to reduce mold/mycotoxin contamination. Will soaking legumes and nuts in 3% hydrogen peroxide render them relatively harmless to me? I have only found one site recommending this procedure, which seems simple and would broaden the array of foods people like me can eat.

Thanks for any guidance or insight,
