My landlord has allowed my apartment to fall apart over the years. I live on the second floor, and the third floor bathroom is above my kitchen. My kitchen ceiling was leaking like a siv, so they “fixed” the leak upstairs. While some of the leak stopped, not all of it did. I told my landlord. His response? Put in a drop ceiling. These are the photos a couple of years since the drop ceiling installation. Remember, the leaking started before this.

How do I get rid of it? Do I need to wear PPE? I have litigation against my landlord already for other atrocities he has let go in my apartment, stealing electricity, etc. Can I add this to my litigation?
