Lynn in Washington State

I am pregnant and starting this summer I noticed a bad smell in certain areas of my kitchen. It worsened when it was hot outside (when the sun heated up the side of the house where the odor was).  It seemed to make me feel sicker than I already felt from morning sickness, and I have had an increase in headaches, among other health issues. My husband finally had time to move the dishwasher and check for issues and he found mold and a leaking pipe. We also had discolored tile around the area where it appears water seeped under the tile. Our apartment was built on a slab foundation, so I’m not sure if mold could be an issue between tile and slab or not. Does anyone have any experience with this? My husband cut out all the mold that he could and fixed the leaking pipe. Should we be concerned now? Is the tile a problem? I’ve attached some photos to show the issues. You can see where the tile is discolored in the last photos.
