Asthamatic with allergies Closed on new construction 5/28/15; breathing became so bad that a nebulizer was ordered for in home is August 2016; to find out on 11/19/2018 odd smell and black stuff on baseboard , wall, hardwood floors, table legs! Called insurance and she instructed us to get someone to get there and diagnose, clean it out and have us a claim number!
Holiday week and we got contractor on 11/26/2018! Insurance Company Rep talked directly to the Contractor and he checked entire place and that crap was 4 areas of home;
We have been in hotels, paying out of our pocket, buying our own food, gas and had to send letters from doctors proving our asthmatic condition as well as now nerve problems!!!
We have not been given a cent from insurance and awaiting a check that was supposedly sent out 12/21/2018 and we feel like the home builder is responsible for our situation and they should be sued for my health alone and wife too!
